Early Education & Preschool That's More than Daycare
At The School House Academy, we believe in nurturing each child’s potential through play-based learning, personalized care, and a focus on emotional growth. Our curriculum promotes creativity, literacy, and social development, preparing children for success in and out of the classroom. We encourage open communication with parents and offer a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. The School House Academy LLC. has been part of the early childcare community for over 20 years. Located on campus in metro Atlanta, we’re here for your whole family, and we love what we do. Our goal is to stimulate your child’s development in a fun, safe learning environment. That’s why we have a reading nook to inspire a love for books; a STEM lab equipped with a SMART Board to teach 21st-century skills and introduce science, technology, engineering, and math concepts; and an outdoor garden to help children explore the natural world. We also offer a private Georgia Pre-K for four-year-olds getting ready for kindergarten.

Early Learning Domains
Each child learns in different ways. The School House Academy Balanced Learning® approach provides teachers with the tools and guidance to accommodate children’s natural curiosity and to fully support each child while building problem-solving skills and confidence.
Children are natural scientists. They use their senses and technological tools to observe and investigate their world, recording and analyzing their findings through writing, drawing, or taking photos.
The early years are critical for literacy development. Your child develops important literacy skills and a love of reading through sign language, phonics, reading, and writing.
Visual and creative arts stimulate imagination and creative thinking. In our Early Art Masters™ program, children discover early and contemporary artists and practice their techniques.
Our social studies domain helps children understand themselves and their relationships with family and friends, contributing to society as individuals.
We show your child fun ways to practice movement, balance, and motor skills with plenty of time to slide, climb, and run on our playgrounds.
Early experiences with math develop reasoning skills and persistence in problem-solving. Our math program introduces numbers, measurement, and patterns through hands-on learning.
Our Balanced Learning® approach incorporates character development and life skills into daily experiences so children can learn behavioral and relationship skills.
Our experienced and passionate educators are dedicated professionals who bring out the best in each child by nurturing their unique interests. With a commitment to quality and excellence, our teachers work closely alongside children to celebrate today’s milestones and pave the way for future success. To foster a sense of unity and school pride, we’re excited to introduce our school attire: a bright orange polo shirt paired with classic navy bottoms. Black shoes are encouraged but not required. We look forward to welcoming families who embrace our community spirit and shared values!
